India - Michael Kasprowicz Scholarship
Two tuition fee only scholarships are available for Indian students wanting to commence a postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Tourism or Law ( excluding the MBA program) at The University of Queensland.
The scholarship will cover 50% of tuition fee costs only. Students interested to apply will need to:
- Have an unconditional offer to commence study in a relevant postgraduate program at UQ Be citizens of India and not permanent residents of Australia
- Fill out the scholarship application form, including providing a motivation statement.
Information on 2012 scholarship opportunities will be available by August 2011.
Centenary Singapore Scholarships
To celebrate and acknowledge the contribution of Singaporeans to UQ throughout our 100 year history, Business, Economics, Law & Tourism is offering one scholarship to high achieving students wanting to study at UQ in 2012. The scholarship is available for:
- One 100% tuition fee scholarship for the Bachelor of Law (LLB) program.
The scholarship is aimed at high achieving currently studying A level or IB programs. To apply, students will need the following grades:
- A level students - Score of 15, where A is awarded 5 points, B 4 points, C 3 points, etc.
- IB students - Score of 40.
Students will also need to meet UQ's English Language requirements for the program they are applying for. Students interested to apply will need to:
- Have an unconditional offer for one of the above mentioned Bachelors programs commencing at UQ in 2012.
- Be citizens of Singapore and normally reside in that country
- Apply for a single degree program only, not a dual degree.
- Fill out the scholarship application form, including providing a motivation statement and reference letters.
Information on a 2012 scholarship intake will be available in late June 2011.
