This process will take you through what's involved to apply and take part in overseas study.

4. Submit your application

Submit your completed Exchange Application form and Study Plan as follows. You will be required to submit these two forms concurrently and do not need to have your Study Plan approved prior to submission of your application to UQ Abroad:

Study Plan

Submit your study plan with a self-completed graduation check, exchange checklist and detailed course descriptions attached to the UQ Abroad Office by:

  • the last business day in May for exchange study in semester one of the following year; or
  • the last business day in October for exchange study in semester two of the following year

Please have your draft study plan checked by the BEL International Mobility Coordinator prior to submission

Exchange Application

Submit your exchange application form to the UQ Abroad Office by:

  • the last business day in May for exchange study in semester one of the following year; or
  • the last business day in October for exchange study in semester two of the following year
