As director, Rhea is responsible for the strategic development and management of BEL SET programs and services. Rhea focuses on ensuring these programs and services enhance the employability skills of our business, economics and law students, and provide valuable opportunities for students, industry and alumni to connect and partner for greater impact.

Some of the team’s most successful and innovative student programs and services include career and employability workshops co-run with employers, inspirational leadership presentations, work experience and internship advice and support, professional mentoring, volunteer and community engagement projects, and connecting students with graduate employment opportunities.

Rhea also works with onshore and offshore employers, alumni, businesses, government and community leaders to ensure BEL SET programs and services remain comprehensive and relevant, and to provide employers with access to game-changing global graduates.

Prior to joining UQ, Rhea gained extensive experience in human resources and recruitment consulting, including within blue-chip multinational organisations, where she led and managed onshore and offshore teams that delivered strategic and operational outcomes.

Rhea holds a Bachelor of Science (Organisational Psychology) from The University of Melbourne and a Master of Human Resource Management from Monash University.
