We can't wait for you to join us for Orientation at The University of Queensland! Orientation is full of social and academic activities designed to introduce you to life and study at UQ.

Essential Orientation Events
1. Your Orientation Day
Thursday 18 July | St Lucia campus | In person
Attending this event is vital to ensuring you're ready to get started. Guided by a BEL Buddy volunteer, you will:
- make friends with your classmates and explore the beautiful campus during a scavenger hunt
- enjoy our welcome festival, with free food stalls, craft workshops, student clubs and Aussie animals
- meet your teachers, get essential information about your program (degree) and collect your free student planner.

2. Your Support Services Session
10-11:15am Friday 19 July | Online
Hear from key support service areas at this important online information session. You will:
- discover academic, wellbeing and social support services
- finalise all your administrative tasks before classes begin
- learn how to access library resources (including assessment tips!)
- start working towards your career goals with our experts.
How to register for Your Orientation Day
To register for your orientation activities, click on your program (degree) name in the list below.
The name of your program (degree) can be found in your offer letter from the University of Queensland, or in emails from UQ Business, Economics and Law. If you need help finding this information, please contact bel.events@uq.edu.au.
