As the CEO & MD,  it’s my job to help our team find that purpose across everything we do, line up team members in the right direction and equip them with the tools needed to fulfil it. One of the challenges of an established, successful company is that you tend to fall back on the tried and tested ways of doing things.

What we do instead is to constantly push ourselves to think differently, to constantly challenge ourselves to create better solutions. To build a culture of constant innovation, doesn’t happen overnight and we needed to cultivate our executive leaders’ strategic skills, and give all employees the authority to speak out, challenge the status quo and be constantly inspired to find ways to reimagine what we do.
