The Executive Lounge on Level 7 of the heritage-listed Custom Credit building at 293 Queen Street, affords valued members of the BEL Faculty community a classy, comfortable and convenient space where you can work, meet, network and do business.

Whether it’s a casual coffee chat, a full board meeting, or a business launch, you’re covered. As part of your membership, you have access to our spacious lounge area, open-air terrace, and can hire our private 18-person boardroom (bookings essential and fees apply to room hire).

The finest complimentary tea, coffee, still and sparkling water, juices, soft drinks, fruit and biscuits are available for you and your guests (maximum of three). Barista-made coffee, pastries and a selection of other food is available for purchase from our in-house street-level café, The Daily Coffee Co.

With its open-air terrace and leafy potted gardens, the Executive Lounge is in the heart of the CBD, just a short walk from shops, offices and public transport.

The Executive Lounge is open for your convenience between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday; however, if an event is taking place access may be limited, in which case you are invited to carry out your activities on the ground floor, or in the level 6 breakout zones. Please contact us in advance to discuss availability of specific meeting spaces.

Meeting rooms for hire

We offer a range of flexible, private spaces for hire such as:

  • an 8-person meeting room (fees apply, subject to availability)
  • 18-person boardroom (fees apply, bookings essential).

Refreshments are available all day, and comprehensive facilities and resources include:

  • staffed reception area
  • complimentary Wi-Fi, printing, mobile device recharging
  • Zoom conferencing (AV services), and flipcharts and whiteboards (subject to availability)
  • catering on request (advance bookings essential and costs apply)
  • discreet security, with CCTV cameras operational at all times.
