Expenses

UQ has agreed to support each institution that attends the BEL Partner Week with a financial payment of Aud$2000. In cases where an institution has chosen to send more than one representative no further amount over and above the aforementioned amount will be payable.

This payment will only be made (a) to the institution from which the representative is from (not directly to an individual) and (b) after attendance of the representative at the BEL Partner Week. In order for this payment to occur, partner institutions will be required to complete a foreign supplier application form and invoice The University of Queensland (for “costs associated with BEL International Partner Week at UQ”). This invoice must contain a Purchase Order (PO) Number within one month after the conclusion of the partner week (30 June, 2019). (UQ will provide you with a PO number to quote on the invoice.)
