In this industry challenge, you will dive into Volvo's electric truck offering and strategize how to transition existing and potential customers from early adopters to early majority. You'll explore the opportunities presented by zero-emission transport solutions while addressing challenges such as higher capital costs, low-margin customer businesses, and an uncertain second-hand heavy vehicle market.
