BEL Management Consultancy Program Breakfast

Thank you for taking the opportunity to participate in our inaugural BEL Management Consultancy Breakfast.

You are among a select group of companies who will have exclusive access to high-achieving penultimate students from the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law (BEL) interested in a management consultancy career.

The students you meet have been through a careful selection process and participated in preparation workshops facilitated by current students and alumni of Australia’s leading MBA program at UQ.

This event is also an opportunity for these students to find out more about this potential career path and your company, to ensure they are well-versed and fully prepared for the application process next year.

Up to three people from your company are welcomed to attend this event.

Please be prepared to give a two minute briefing to the entire group. This should cover topics such as:

  • Who is in your team today
  • Why management consultancy at your firm is unique
  • What you will be looking for in the students attending the event.

Please bring a standard-sized corporate pull-up banner (200cm x 80cm) and anything else you think would be relevant such as information packs (approx. 90).

We recommend you arrive at 7am to allow time for set up and some pre-event networking.

Following the two minute presentation from each of you, the students will break into eight groups of 10 and rotate around the room to meet each of you.

You will be given the resumes of each student attending in advance, and we encourage you to seek out students with whom you are particularly interested in speaking.

The event will run from 7:30am to 9:30am.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
