Welcome to the Business Economics and Law Faculty (BEL)
We can't wait for you to join us for Orientation at The University of Queensland! Orientation is full of social and academic activities designed to introduce you to life and study at UQ.
Your Orientation Day
Thursday 24 July 2025

Attending this event is vital to ensure you're ready to get started.
Guided by a BEL Buddy volunteer, you'll:
- Make friends with your classmates.
- Enjoy our welcome festival, with free food stalls, craft workshops, student clubs and Aussie animals.
- Meet your teachers and get essential information about your program (degree).

Click on your program (degree) name in the lists below.
You'll find the name of your program in your offer letter from UQ, or in emails from the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law.
