The BEL Faculty has a team of dedicated people who can provide expert information on a wide range of matters relating to your program.

We do not have the resources to check all students’ enrolment every semester, but there is a wide range of information on the Student support section of this website to assist you with planning your program, including answers to frequently asked questions.

If you have a question that’s not answered by our FAQs, you can phone, email or drop into the Faculty Collaborative Learning Centre anytime during office hours for advice.

If you need to speak to a Student Experience Officer, we offer drop-in sessions prior to the start of semester and 2 weeks into the beginning of semester. For the rest of the year we hold consultation sessions. Consultation sessions are subject to availability and at times it may be necessary to cancel a consultation, so please phone +61 7 3365 7111 or email bel@uq.edu.au to confirm session times and location details (the times listed below are indicative only).

Before attending a consultation session, it is expected that you have read your program information on Courses and Programs and consulted the relevant program plan. Please also bring along to your session:

  •     A current print out of your Studies Report.
  •     A completed progression check for your program.
  •     Any other documentation you may need.
